Mrs. Katie Scanlin

This is Katie Scanlin’s first year at SEAS and she is so excited to be here and teaching in the Learning Lab! She graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education and her Master of Education Degree in Cognitive and Behavioral Disabilities. She taught Moderate Autism for six years in Georgia, before moving to Texas, three years ago. She and her husband Ryan, have three children that are five years old and younger. She is thrilled to be here at SEAS! Her goal is to help every child succeed to the best of their ability all while keeping Christ at the center of everything that she teaches.
