Mrs. Bourgoin is a native French-Canadian speaker. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in elementary education at the Université de Moncton and taught in French-speaking elementary schools in Canada and at Emporia State University in Kansas. Since 2018, she has been teaching French at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton. She has enjoyed visiting and experiencing French culture in France, Switzerland, Québec, and Louisiana.
Mrs. Bourgoin is a member of the French Alliance of Dallas and the American Association of Teachers of French. She has three children, ages 27, 21, and 19, and loves cooking, reading, and taking nature walks. She is passionate about her faith and teaching the French culture and language.
