Mrs. Delgado is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and a Master of Education in Special Education with Mid-Management Certification. She holds Texas Certifications in Elementary English (Grades 1-8); Elementary Self-Contained (Grades 1-8); Elementary Reading (Grades 1-8); English as Second Language (Grades PK-12); Generic Special Education (Grades PK-12); and Mid-Management Administration (Grades PK-12). Mrs. Delgado is a veteran teacher with 15 years of experience. Her experience includes teaching first grade for six years; special education for four years; substitute teacher four years and fourth grade for a year. During her time with FWISD, she served as an Early Literacy Trainer and a new teacher mentor. Mrs. Delgado has also taught in Southern California and for Copperas Cove ISD while stationed with her husband serving on active duty in the U.S. Army.
Outside of school, Mrs. Delgado enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with her husband Michael, and their two kids, Emma and Noah. She feels blessed to be teaching in a Catholic School where the mission is to cultivate Truth, Beauty, and Goodness.
